MicroBenefits was founded by social entrepeneurs who wanted to have an impact on workers and supply chains. However, they felt there was a better solution that could serve the interests of both employee and employer, and that companies would do well for their business by doing well for their employees.
Recognizing the ubiquitious growth of mobile, our team decided to focus on building mobile technologies to help impact frontline workers in key areas of worker voice, gamified learning and provide secure access to critical employee data.
In 2011, we launched our first mobile technology in China, and since then have developed an unparalleled expertise in supply chain sustainability, as well as how organizations can effectively engage employees.
